Reconfiguring your Android Device (for iPad/iPhone go here)

Once the conversion is complete, to get email working again on yourAndroid device, you'll need to do 2 things.

A) Remove your existing "Exchange" account

B) Re-add the Exchange account using the new settings.

Android is open-source, is customized by each carrier, and has gone through many revisions. These procedures might not be 100% spot on to your exact phone, but they should be good enough to get you there.

A) Remove your existing Exchange Account (This will remove your Exchange/Outlook data, but that same info will re-appear when you do step B, so don't sweat it).

1) Go to the main home screen and get into settings

2) Go to Accounts & Sync

3) Locate your Exchange account (the email address we host for you), and touch it.

4) Scroll to the bottom and click REMOVE ACCOUNT

5) Confirm by clicking "Delete Account" again.

B) Re-add the Exchange account using the new settings.

1) Go to the main home screen and get into settings.

2) Go to Accounts & Sync

3) Add Account

4) Microsoft Exchange

5) Tap in the E-mail box and enter your full e-mail address (for example, tony@contoso.com) and password. Click Next.

6) You may get this next screen, OR this next screen might be in place of the picture above in step 5. Either way, enter the information as below including your email address (also your user name), password, and Exchange server: m.outlook.com

7) Click Next to get to the Account Options screen and set the options to your preferences... suggested settings are below.

8) Click Next. Type your Email address in the account name and enter your name. Click Done or Finish.

9) Make sure your Background Data and Auto-Sync are on.

That's it! Your information should start synchronizing and re-appearing on your phone shortly.
