Reconfiguring your iPhone or iPad (For Android, go here)
Once the conversion is complete, to get email working again on your iPhone and/or iPad, you'll need to do 2 things.
A) Remove your existing "Exchange" account
B) Re-add the Exchange account using the new settings.
A) Remove your existing Exchange Account (This will remove your Exchange/Outlook data, but that same info will re-appear when you do step B, so don't sweat it).
1) Go to the main home screen and get into settings

2) Go to Mail, Contacts, Calendars

3) Locate your Exchange account (the email address we host for you), and touch it.

4) Scroll to the bottom and click DELETE ACCOUNT

5) Confirm by clicking "Delete Account" again.

B) Re-add the Exchange account using the new settings.
Here are the step by step directions anyway with the correct information:
1) Go to the main home screen and get into settings.

2) Go to Mail, Contacts, Calendars

3) Add Account
4) Microsoft Exchange

5) Tap in the E-mail box and enter your full e-mail address (for example, tony@contoso.com).

6) Tap in the Username box and enter your full e-mail address again.
7) Tap in the Password box and enter your password.
8) In the Description box, enter your email address again.
9) Tap Next on the upper right corner of the screen.
10) In the SERVER box, type the server address: m.outlook.com

11) Choose the type of information you want to synchronize. By default, Mail, Calendar, and Contacts are all turned on. To turn off synchronization for a type of information, tap and slide the switch to OFF.

12) Tap Save
13) Go back into Mail, Contacts, Calendars and set the Defaults for Contacts & Calendars to your new account.

That's it! Your information should start synchronizing and re-appearing on your phone shortly.

Video: Georgia State University has a video on how to do this... It's pretty spot on and if you're unfamiliar with how to add an account, this at least gives you a visual to go by:
